The central Masonic Charities collectively provide funding, advice and a range of services
to support Freemasons and their families. The Charities operate through the generous donations of the masonic community.
The Freemasons' Grand Charity |

The Freemasons' Grand Charity provides assistance for Freemasons and their dependants who are experiencing financial hardship or need. Grants are made towards daily living costs (e.g. utility bills and food) and unexpected needs (e.g. hardship faced following an accident, redundancy or other personal crisis). The Freemasons' Grand Charity also provides funding for charitable projects and services in the areas of medical research, suppport for vulnerable people, youth opportunities, hospice services, air ambulance services and worldwide disaster relief. |

Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys |

The Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys supports children and young people who face financial hardship following a distress. Financial grants and practical welfare assistance help them to overcome the barriers of poverty and complete the education and training they need to succeed in life. Grants are available to support everyday educational expenses and costs such as computer equipment, extra-curricular activities and school trips. The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution |
|
The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution provides residential, nursing and dementia care for older Freemasons and their dependants, as well as short-stay breaks including respite care. Practical advice and support is also offered on health and welfare rights and on all aspects of the services offered by the RMBI, the other Masonic Charities and by statutory and voluntary agencies. Masonic Samaritan Fund |

The Masonic Samaritan Fund offers financial support to eligible beneficiaries in the following ways:
Support is available to Freemasons, and eligible dependants, who have an identified health or care need and, faced with a long wait for treatment, care, aids or adaptations, cannot afford to pay for private treatment or equipment without incurring financial hardship.
